Join us for a unique dining experience as you make you way underground to the Knappstein Enterprise Cellar.  Serving up regionally inspired fare, sit down and indulge in our eight course continuous seasonal feast.  Combining textures and flavours in pure, refined and exciting dishes matched with carefully selected wines from current release to never to be seen again museum treasures


This dinner is accompanied by the musical talents of Courteney Hooper.  Courteney is a rising vocalist and guitarist from the Clare Valley.  With a sound that is handled delicately: sweet and colourfully whimsical, her sound radiates a warm, cozy ambience that pairs seamlessly with a glass of wine.
